Sintbot ("we", "us") operates the website sintbot.com and the open-source software cc-bot. This policy explains what little data the site touches and how purchases are handled. We keep it deliberately minimal.
No accounts, no direct collection
The website has no login, no account system, and no forms. We do not directly collect names, emails, or other personal information when you browse the site.
Anonymous analytics
We use Umami for privacy-first, aggregate analytics. It sets no cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personally identifiable information. We only see anonymous, aggregated stats such as page views and referrers.
Local storage
Your browser's localStorage is used only to remember your language preference (English or Chinese). Nothing is sent to us.
Purchases (Sintbot Pro)
When you subscribe to Sintbot Pro, payment is processed by Creem acting as our Merchant of Record. Your name, email, and payment details are submitted to and handled by Creem under their privacy policy: creem.io/privacy. We receive only the information needed to deliver support and manage your subscription.
The cc-bot software
The cc-bot software runs entirely on your own machine. It does not send your code, credentials, or data to us. It communicates only with the services you configure (such as your Slack or Lark workspace and the AI models you connect).
