Privacy Policy

SintBot ("we", "us") operates the website sintbot.com, the open-source cc-bot software, and sintbot — the self-hosted daemon delivered with SintBot Pro. This policy explains what little data the site touches, how purchases are handled, and what the software you run does and does not send us. We keep it deliberately minimal.
No accounts, no direct collection
The website has no login, no account system, and no forms. We do not directly collect names, emails, or other personal information when you browse the site.
Anonymous analytics
We use Umami for privacy-first, aggregate analytics. It sets no cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personally identifiable information. We only see anonymous, aggregated stats such as page views and referrers.
Local storage
Your browser's localStorage is used only to remember your language preference (English or Chinese). Nothing is sent to us.
Purchases (SintBot Pro)
When you subscribe to SintBot Pro, payment is processed by Creem acting as our Merchant of Record. Your name, email, and payment details are submitted to and handled by Creem under their privacy policy: creem.io/privacy. We receive only the information needed to send you the software and manage your subscription.
The cc-bot software
The cc-bot software runs entirely on your own machine. It does not send your code, credentials, or data to us. It communicates only with the services you configure (such as your Slack or Lark workspace and the AI models you connect).
The sintbot daemon
The sintbot daemon runs on your own machines. It does not send your code, credentials, conversations, or project data to us. It talks only to the services you configure: your Lark or Slack workspace, the AI model endpoints you point it at, and whatever tools you enable for it. Its records — chat sessions, run logs, usage counters — are written to the machine it runs on and stay there; we have no access to them and no telemetry is sent back. Outbound messages pass through a redaction step that masks secret-shaped strings before anything is posted to your workspace.
Your workspace provider and your chosen AI providers handle data under their own privacy policies. Which providers see your data is entirely determined by how you configure the daemon.
The desktop pet
The desktop pet mentioned on our site is in development and is not yet released or distributed. It collects nothing today. If and when it ships, this policy will be updated before it is made available.

sintbot 守护进程运行在你自己的机器上。它不会把你的代码、凭证、对话或项目数据传给我们。它只与你自己配置的服务通信：你的飞书或 Slack workspace、你指定的 AI 模型端点，以及你为它启用的工具。它产生的记录——会话、运行日志、用量计数——写在它所运行的那台机器上并留在那里，我们无从访问，也不会有任何遥测回传。出站消息会先经过脱敏，把疑似密钥的字符串遮掉，再发进你的 workspace。
你的 workspace 服务商与你选用的 AI 服务商，按它们各自的隐私政策处理数据。哪些服务商会看到你的数据，完全由你如何配置这个守护进程决定。
桌宠
本站提到的桌宠仍在研发中，尚未发布、也未对外分发，目前不收集任何数据。若将来上线，我们会在它对外提供之前先更新本政策。
