Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the website sintbot.com, the open-source cc-bot software, and the optional Sintbot Pro subscription. By using the site or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
The service
The cc-bot software is free, open-source software released under the MIT License and provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Sintbot Pro is an optional paid subscription that adds priority email support, guided onboarding, and early access to new features. Pro does not change the MIT license of the software itself.
Subscription & billing
Sintbot Pro is billed at $19.90 USD per month. Payment is collected by Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record and seller of record for the transaction. You can cancel anytime from the Creem customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. Refunds are handled under Creem's policy: creem.io/refund-policy — or email support@sintbot.com for refund requests.
Acceptable Use Policy
By using sintbot.com, the cc-bot software, or the Sintbot Pro subscription, you agree not to use the service, in part or in whole, to:
- Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity, or violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Generate, transmit, request, store, or facilitate sexually explicit content, NSFW material, pornography, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
- Generate or transmit content that harasses, threatens, defames, or discriminates against any individual or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, account, or data;
- Distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, or other malicious code;
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or phishing content;
- Infringe on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of third parties;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any proprietary component of the service;
- Use the service to build or train a competing product without prior written consent.
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your subscription without refund and, where required by law, referral to relevant authorities. We reserve the right to investigate and act on suspected violations.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The software and service are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software or service. Our total cumulative liability is limited to the amount you have paid in subscription fees.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

可接受使用政策
在使用 sintbot.com、cc-bot 软件或 Sintbot Pro 订阅时，你同意不将本服务（无论部分或整体）用于以下任何行为：
- 任何违法、欺诈或欺骗性活动，或违反任何适用法律或法规；
- 生成、传输、请求、存储或协助生成色情、NSFW、性露骨内容、儿童性虐待材料（CSAM）；
- 生成或传输针对任何个人或群体（基于种族、民族、宗教、性别、性取向、残障或任何受保护特征）的骚扰、威胁、诽谤或歧视性内容；
- 尝试未经授权地访问任何系统、网络、账户或数据；
- 分发恶意软件、病毒、勒索软件或其他恶意代码；
- 发送未经请求的群发消息、垃圾邮件或钓鱼内容；
- 侵犯第三方的知识产权、隐私权、肖像权或其他权利；
- 对本服务任何专有组件进行逆向工程、反编译或以其他方式提取源代码；
- 未经事先书面同意，将本服务用于构建或训练竞争性产品。
违反本可接受使用政策可能导致你的订阅立即被暂停或终止且不予退款；在法律要求的情况下，我们可能向相关主管部门进行举报。我们保留对疑似违规行为进行调查和处理的权利。
免责与责任限制
本软件与服务不附带任何明示或暗示的担保。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对你使用本软件或服务所引起的任何间接、附带或后果性损失不承担责任。我们的累计责任总额以你已支付的订阅费为上限。
条款变更
我们可能不时更新本条款。更新后继续使用即视为接受修订后的条款。
